Ese Monday is a graduate of Petroleum Engineering. She is a Software engineer with an extensive knowledge of front-end development , blockchain technology and No-code tools. and she is a passionate speaker in those areas.

She currently works as a web3 developer and consultant where she builds decentralized applications based on existing Defi theories to bridge the gap between web 2.0 and web 3.0. She am an avid researcher and fan of minimalism in design. I am also an advocate of the adoption of low-code tools to simplify the workflow process and provide seamless automation for businesses in today’s world.

She is passionate about building a healthy and supportive developer community for everyone and also to make the space more inclusive for women and providing them with fair opportunities in the Tech Industry. She has worked with several communities to facilitate boot camps, and career talk sessions and she dedicates her weekends to providing private mentorship programs.
